Products — المنتجات

All ZAWJIEN products are handmade. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations in color, size, and texture are expected and are not considered defects — they are what make each piece unique.

جميع منتجات زاوجين مصنوعة يدوياً. نظراً للطبيعة اليدوية لمنتجاتنا، قد تحدث اختلافات طفيفة في اللون والحجم والملمس وهذا لا يعتبر عيباً — بل هو ما يجعل كل قطعة فريدة.

Pricing — الأسعار

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders — الطلبات

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. ZAWJIEN reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability — حدود المسؤولية

ZAWJIEN is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
